Refer a Client

We collaborate with local therapists, physicians, and practitioners who are interested in referring clients who may benefit from psychedelic-assisted therapies. Clients may begin the intake process on their own and if they have an existing provider we will request a release of information to be in contact with you. Or, if you would like to consult with a Sky Medicine practitioner before referring your client please be in touch.
